We’ve put together a diverse offering of classes to keep your movement routine from getting boring. Mix it up from week to week! Our team of dedicated instructors are always here to help you – to give you that motivational shout out, or that technical correction to help you get to your next level.

BOOTCAMP

Challenge yourself with this full body workout. Keeping you on your toes, no two classes are the same. A balanced mix of strength, cardio and core. Get your heart racing on rowing machines, ski ergs, assault bikes and treadmills. Find your strength with slam balls, kettlebells, battle ropes, box jumps and more…

STRENGTH - CIRCUIT

Let’s slow things down to chase those strength gains. No burpees, no cardio, just s solid hour of quality strength work in a circuit format targeting both the upper and lower body. Think Dumbbells, Kettlebells, TRX, Barbells, hitting the racks and benches, under the watchful eye of the instructor.

SPIN

Calling all riders. Leave your dancing shoes at home. Join us for our 45 minute sweaty signature spin class. Focus will be be on endurance, strength and speed in these performance based (no dancing) classes. Think rolling hills, long flat roads and explosive intervals to reset the mind and body.

PYRAMID CHALLENGE

Take on this Muscular Endurance Challenge. Class is divided into two pyramids targeting lower body strength and upper body strength. To finish it off a blast of cardio and core.

ENDURANCE SPIN

Test your gas tank. Our Endurance ride challenges you to connect one track to the next. Take on a 60 minute long route of long flat roads, thick hill climbs and lots of attacks along the way. Drawing on the power of the pack, riding together, crossing that finish line will never feel better!

ANIMAL FLOW

Unleash your inner animal. Animal Flow is ground based body weight movement, designed to challenge the mind and body to move effectively. This system is designed to improve strength, power, flexibility and mobility. Beginners welcome, no experience necessary, each class builds from the foundations up.

CARDIO CORE

A fast paced 50 minute class designed to get the heart rate up and the core burning. Assault Bikes, Rowing Machines, Ski Ergs, Treadmills and Bikes join forces with a targeted core circuit.

RIDE & GRIND

Our signature double down class returns. Bringing together the best of FLYT…. Spinning and Strength. A 45 minute strength circuit followed by a 30 minute ride in the spin room to sweat it out.

FIGHTERS UNITED

Led by Kru Nigel Soreta, with over 20 years experience, FLYT Club is pleased to join forces with FIGHTERS UNITED to bring you authentic traditional Muay Thai classes. Whether you are looking to learn a new skill, stay active or maybe you have your eyes on one day testing yourself in the ring, our Muay Thai classes will help you find a new level of strength and confidence.

MUAY THAI FUNDAMENTALS

Brought to you by FIGHTERS UNITED, Learn the art of eight limbs while releasing some pent up stress. Our coaches are all seasoned fighters that can help you develop a strong technical foundation and push to levels you didn’t know you had. Leave feeling strong, confident and sweaty 🙂

MUAY THAI MIXED LEVELS

Brought to you by FIGHTERS UNITED, This mixed level class will take your Muay Thai skills to the next level. Focus will be on combinations and partnered technical drills. Participants are encouraged to have some boxing or Muay Thai experience or have completed a Muay Thai Foundations class at FLYT..

MUAY THAI SPARRING - INVITE ONLY

Booking for this class is permitted by invite only as per the instruction team at FIGHTERS UNITED. This technical sparring class will work rotating match ups under the watchful eye of our coaches.
