We’ve put together a diverse offering of classes to keep your movement routine from getting boring. Mix it up from week to week! Our team of dedicated instructors are always here to help you – to give you that motivational shout out, or that technical correction to help you get to your next level.

BOOTCAMP

Challenge yourself with this full body workout. Keeping you on your toes, no two classes are the same. A balanced mix of strength, cardio and core. Get your heart racing on rowing machines, ski ergs, assault bikes and treadmills. Find your strength with slam balls, kettlebells, battle ropes, box jumps and more…

STRENGTH - LIFT

Bring on the strength gains! Our strength lift classes are divided into two stations, one focussing on a heavy lift in the racks (think deadlift, squats, bench press) and the other station a combination of exercises to target the full body. New to heavy lifting with the bar? Don’t worry we got you! Leave this class with a new found strength ready to seize whatever opportunities and tackle any challenges your day may bring..

SPIN

Calling all riders. Leave your dancing shoes at home. Join us for our 45 minute sweaty signature spin class. Focus will be be on endurance, strength and speed in these performance based (no dancing) classes. Think rolling hills, long flat roads and explosive intervals to reset the mind and body.

PYRAMID CHALLENGE

Take on this Muscular Endurance Challenge. Class is divided into two pyramids targeting lower body strength and upper body strength. To finish it off a blast of cardio and core.

ENDURANCE SPIN

Test your gas tank. Our Endurance ride challenges you to connect one track to the next. Take on a 60 minute long route of long flat roads, thick hill climbs and lots of attacks along the way. Drawing on the power of the pack, riding together, crossing that finish line will never feel better!

ANIMAL FLOW

Unleash your inner animal. Animal Flow is ground based body weight movement, designed to challenge the mind and body to move effectively. This system is designed to improve strength, power, flexibility and mobility. Beginners welcome, no experience necessary, each class builds from the foundations up.

BOXING - ALL LEVELS

Interested in learning how to box, like really box? This is not a boxercise fitness class! Our boxing program led by two time Golden Glove winner coach Jack Hemmings will teach you the fundamentals of striking focusing on technique through a combination of shadow boxing and partnered mitt work. A great workout for beginners and experienced. Challenge your mind and body, while fuelling your inner fighting spirit.

RIDE & GRIND

Our signature double down class returns. Bringing together the best of FLYT…. Spinning and Strength. A 45 minute strength circuit followed by a 30 minute ride in the spin room to sweat it out.

STRENGTH - CIRCUIT

Let’s slow things down to chase those strength gains. No burpees, no cardio, just s solid hour of quality strength work in a circuit format targeting both the upper and lower body. Think Dumbbells, Kettlebells, TRX, focused on technique under the watchful eye of the instructor.
